Exchange & Returns of Goods Policy

Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery must be made within three (7) working days of receipt of goods. Kindly e-mail us at sales@safe-ones.com.  All confirmation and return instructions will be coursed through via e-mail. 

The product must be in its original delivery condition and sent to us prepaid and insured for the full purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The SafeOnes shop may charge administrative, handling and bank cable charges depending on the circumstances.

Goods will be accepted for credit or replacement at the sole discretion of the management of SafeOnes.

 SafeOnes on-line shop is an importer/distributor/ wholesaler / retailer and does not manufacture any of the products sold on this site. Thus, any liability of SafeOnes arising from the sale of any product from its site shall be limited to the price of the product ordered.
